Those paragons of virtue and morality at the Conservative Political Action Convention (CPAC) have moved beyond inference and “swift boating” in their campaign to demean gay people, impugn Democrats and hang on to their remaining corridor of power. Keynote speaker Anne Coulter, felt it necessary and appropriate to call Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards a “faggot.” And perhaps she was right (see definition above).

Those hawking for what remains of Bush’s right-wing machine, will soon feel the weight of a Democratic “faggot” wielded by the American voters, right upside their heads (or their ballot box, if you prefer).

Ah, but the real question is, “where’s the moral outrage on the right?”
