“Former Assemblymember Dick Floyd has departed this earth for the big Legislature in the sky. As an Assemblymember, he was a vocal and colorful advocate who always fought for those in need. He was a one-of-a-kind leader who stood up for what is right for his constituents and for all Californians, never afraid to make his positions known. He will truly be missed.”
