On February 15th Democrats have a great opportunity to pick up a Republican seat in the Special Election for Senate District 17. Darren Parker is a strong leader in his community who will fight for Democratic ideals in Sacramento and that’s why he’s the officially endorsed candidate of the Democratic Party.
The 17th District takes in the Antelope Valley and most of the Victor Valley, as well as portions of the High Desert, Santa Clarita, the northern San Fernando Valley and the mountainous areas in northern Ventura County.
The Los Angeles County Democratic Party has set up an online phone bank on Darren’s behalf to allow you to call voters in the 17th Senate District and encourage them to vote for the Democratic Party’s choice in this important Special Election.
If Democrats across California unite to help Darren talk to voters, we will have a strong new ally in Sacramento.
Sincerely,
Eric C. Bauman
Chair, Los Angeles County Democratic Party
