Endorsements For June 8, 2010 Statewide Elections
LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles County Democratic Party (LACDP) has endorsed the following ballot measure positions for the June 8, 2010 statewide direct primary elections.
“The Los Angeles County Democratic Party opposes special interest measures that do not promote democracy or improve the quality of life for all Californians. We support measures that make our government more open, our elections more transparent and reduce the many burdens faced by working families,” said Eric C. Bauman, Chair of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party.

The Los Angeles County Democratic Party (LACDP) is the official governing body of the Democratic Party in the County of Los Angeles and works in cooperation with the State and National Democratic Committees. LACDP is the largest local Democratic Party entity in the United States, representing over 2 million registered Democrats. Endorsements issued by the LACDP in local and municipal races become the official endorsements of the California Democratic Party.
