Statement on Mike Gatto’s Victory in 43rd Assembly District Special Primary Election
LOS ANGELES – Los Angeles County Democratic Party (LACDP) Chair Eric C. Bauman released the following statement on the victory of Democratic candidate Mike Gatto in the 43rd Assembly District Special Primary Election on April 13, 2010:
“On behalf of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, I congratulate Mike Gatto on his victory in the 43rd Assembly District Special Primary Election. LACDP is committed to ensure this district stays in Democratic hands in the June Special Run-off Election. We look forward to working with Mike to ease the burdens faced by working families in the 43rd District once he is elected and goes to Sacramento.
“I also commend the other Democrats who competed in the Special Primary Election and thank them for their commitment to Democratic values and to make life better for all Californians.”
