LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles County Democratic Party (LACDP) has endorsed the following positions for the propositions appearing on the May 19, 2009 statewide special election ballot.

Proposition 1A - NEUTRAL – Rainy Day Budget Fund

Proposition 1B - YES – Education Funding Plan

Proposition 1C - YES – Lottery Modernization Act

Proposition 1D - NO – Reducing California Children and Families Program Funding

Proposition 1E - NO – Reducing and Reallocating Mental Health Services Act Funding

Proposition 1F - YES – Preventing Elected Officials’ Pay Increases During Budget Deficit Years
