The Los Angeles County Democratic Party is pleased to present the 2009 Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt Dinner, honoring the 2009 Democrats of the Year, on Sunday, August 9, 2009, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The event will take place at the Radisson Hotel at the Los Angeles Airport, located at 6225 West Century Blvd., Los Angeles.
We will honor one man and one woman from each Assembly District as the Democrat of the Year, and two of our members county-wide as the Pat Eastman “Volunteer of the Year.” These men and women are the grassroots activists who every day give generously of their time and energy to help elect Democrats at all levels of government.
I am honored to invite you to join with other community leaders and special friends for this wonderful event.
