You probably have already heard that online voter registration is now available in California.
But I’ll bet you didn’t know that you can also register online to become a Permanent Vote-By-Mail voter.
That’s why LACDP is kicking off a major public awareness campaign to encourage Democrats across the state to sign up online to vote by mail.
So sign up today and be sure to share this with your friends, family and co-workers.
To register online to vote by mail:
1) Click here to visit the Secretary of State’s Online Registration page.
2) Complete the online form as if you were registering to vote.
3) Make sure you check yes for the question “Would you like to receive a vote-by-mail ballot in all elections?”
4) Complete the form and your local Registrar will mail you your ballot for future elections.
Note: The deadline to register online to vote by mail for the May 21st, 2013 Election is 5/17/2013. If for some reason you do not receive your ballot in the mail, you can go to your normal polling location to cast your ballot.
